Viewing your photos

  1. Q. I lost my password, how can I view my photos online?
          A. You will receive the code with your proofs, which are usually mailed within one week after your photos are taken. You will also get emailed your gallery link when the photos are published online.

  2. Q. How can I look up my child’s online code?
          A. All students receive their online code when they get photographed. If your child does not have it, you must contact us on our contact page. Online codes will only be sent to e-mail addresses that we have on file for security purposes. If your child included your e-mail address during the portrait session check in, you will be able to retrieve their online code.  If they did not include your email address when they registered their information with us, they will need to request their code themselves which they can then share with you.

Preparing for portraits

  1. How do I prepare for my portraits? A. We provide all attire and props for the portraits. To make changing in the different attire easier (classic dress drape or suit and tie and cap and gowns), please wear a tank top or tube top. Shoulders are exposed in the classic drape, but that is not a requirement and it can be raised to provide full body coverage. Your hands may show in certain poses, so make sure nails are clean and hands are moisturized!

Yearbook Selection & retakes

  1. Q. How do I make my yearbook selection?
          A. 1. Log in to view your photos, click on the CHOOSE YEARBOOK PHOTO link above your portraits, READ THE REQUIREMENTS, and select your pose based on the requirements. You can check if was saved by logging out and logging back in. WE CANNOT SEE HEARTED OR FAVORITED IMAGES. If you do not select a yearbook portrait by the deadline or within the requirements, one will be chosen for you. LATE SUBMISSIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

  2. Q. Can I retake my portraits?
            A. Of course! Contact us by filling out our contact form online to see if we will return to your school or to make arrangements to come to our studio.

Order & Delivery

  1. Q. How can I place an order?
        A. Orders can be placed online through our website using the student’s online code, or by mail using the order form you received with your proofs.

  2. Q. Once I place my order, when can I expect to receive my photos?
          A. That depends on the season! Between the peak season of September and February, printed orders take 4-10 weeks to process and ship (though on average they are shipped in 6 weeks). Printed orders placed during the off season (March-July) are completed within 6 weeks. Digital Downloads are emailed to you within an hour of placing the order online.   3. Q. I didn’t receive my order and it is past the 10 week shipping time-frame.  Now what?                                                

    2a. Most orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service.  Tracking information is only used on certain orders (usually based on size) at the discretion of our shipping department.  If an order is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you via email to arrange for re-delivery or pick up.  A reship fee is imposed on any orders returned to us due to client error in entering the mailing address.                                                                                                             

    If we did not receive your returned order package, we request that you check with your family members or neighbors to see if they received the package.  If not, immediately contact your local post office as they hold on to return packages for a certain amount of time before getting returned to sender (us). YOU MUST CONTACT US WITH 120 OF THE ORDER DATE FOR ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR PACKAGE AND AVOID ANY REPRINT OR REPROCESSING FEES.

  4. Q. Why will it take approximately [?] weeks to receive my photo?
          A. All photos you see online and on your proofs are unedited. All printed portraits are cropped, color corrected, and retouched, which requires the attention of our experienced staff members.

  5. Q. Can I split up or order more than one pose in a package?
          A. Yes, additional poses may be added for $10 for each, as all poses are color corrected, cropped and retouched.

  6. Q. Can I split up 2-5x7s, 4-4x5s, or 8 wallets with more than one pose?
          A. No, they must be printed in sets of the same picture. All 5x7’s are printed in sets of 2, 4x5’s are printed in sets of 4, and wallets are printed in sets of 8.

  7. Q. Can I pick up my order to save shipping charges?
           A. No, we ship directly from our printer.

  8. Q. It’s past the deadline on my PROOFS, can I still order my portraits?
    A. For the current school year, yes! Entering your email when viewing the photos online will send you notifications about when the gallery will be archived. After galleries are archived, an archive fee of $25 is added to retrieve the images for the order. For previous school years, please contact us by filling out the online form.

  9. Q.  How do digital downloads work?         A. Digital downloads come in low resolution and high resolution.  Low resolution is good for sharing online, but is not good for printing.  High resolution images are print quality that you can print at your leisure.  The digital downloads are emailed to you within an hour of placing the order and are unedited (unlike our printed portraits).  If you do not receive your digital download, you must contact us within 2 weeks of placing the order to avoid fees.

  10. I can’t afford the package I want right now. Do you offer payment plans?

    A. Yes! Everyone deserves the package they want. You can pay in installments at your convenience. Once the final payment is made, the photos will be delivered! The payment plans are not available online. Please contact us for further details.
